The location here is perfect and peaceful, we would definitely come back again.

Generally the staff were all very helpful and friendly. The housekeeping was very good. It was a quiet (except our last night-noisy guests in next room) and relaxing part of the hotel complex

I found it very annoying that the wifi code was changed daily- this is really not necessary..? We were disappointed with the SPA- some of it was not working well and the treatments were over priced so we did not use it beyond our 2 hour trial. In the buffet restaurant we were always sat in noisy areas-often next to kids! We were "Red Level" to avoid kids for a few days ...we did not complain about this, but you restaurant reception must place red level guests in quiet areas.. We went to one of the "shows" and it was very disappointing...

Fabulous resort hotel. It is very comfortable that RedLevel zone is exclusive for only adult guest.

Thoroughly enjoyed this fabulous hotel with very good and courteous staff in all areas. Exceptional and pleasant location to restaurants inside the resort made it easy to get to key attractions.

I have been here at first time in september with my husband. Exellent vacation! Nise weather,helpful staff, restaurants, swimmenpulls, location not far from small villages, possibilities for walking or running and amazing sunset.

I hope to spend my next vacation in this hotel and only in red level!

This place is in a great location near a theme park and bars, offering luxurious accommodations with well-stocked snacks and friendly staff.

The room, the service, the pool, the staff, the peace & quiet: sheer luxury. Anyone with complaints about any of these aspects at RedLevel, is either terribly fussy, terribly snobbish, terribly unrealistic or rich enough to be able to afford a giant private villa and the complimentary personal butlers, drivers, cooks and maids.

Dinner was a disappointment in all three restaurants that were included in half board. The same goes for the omelettes at breakfast, which were always overdone. The breakfast buffet was very good, though, as was the non-included Asian restaurant. Still, a hotel as prestigious as this one owes it to itself to do much, much, much better in the gastronomy department.

Stunning location, 15 minutes' walk to Alcala Beach. Found in a quiet area. Well-appointed, spotless unit with a jacuzzi bath and lovely Clarins toiletries.

The breakfast with tapas was particularly nice. the staff was super. - Our room was lovely and wonderful. - the location of the hotel was pleasant and super. - the service was exceptional. - the pool was heated.

European-style building, well-appointed rooms with snacks, whirlpool bath plus a bed the size of Texas. Magnificent and unbeatable location for my trip. Walking distance to local markets and a market across the street. Such a really nice stay in February this year.

The room was great, with a nice view of the gardens. the staff were friendly and helpful, always accommodating our requests. the pool area was well-maintained and quiet, providing a relaxing atmosphere. the location was convenient, with a charming village nearby and several restaurants and bars to choose from.

The buffet breakfast was chaotic and lacked some basic food items. Sun loungers at the pool area may become scarce during busier times.

I really liked the beautiful accommodation and the friendly staff here, from the cleaners to the managers, and enjoyed delicious dishes at the restaurant for dinner.

The rooms are spotless and well-appointed with a balcony and a very nice view. the whirlpool bath in the room was a nice touch. - the breakfast is exclusive and offers mouth-watering waffles, omelettes, and Corral eggs. - the services are good, including an amazing pool.
